Overview
Once an applicant is moved to the Hiring Complete stage and is marked as hired, the system will automatically transfer them to Onboarding.
You may view all hired applicants in the Onboarding tab, either in Overview or Employees.
How to initiate onboarding for a new hire
Please note that new hires will not receive a notification to start with onboarding unless you initiate it on your end.
To start the onboarding, go to the Onboarding tab > Overview > Search for the applicant who has yet to start their onboarding > click Start onboarding.
Note: When you start an onboarding process, Workstream sends a notification to the applicant.

What to do if a new hire submitted a form with incorrect information
Should any errors occur, such as misspelled names or incorrect dates, you may resend the document so that they can fill it out again with the correct information.
NOTES:
If the user assigned to onboarding tasks was disabled, ownership of the task will automatically reassign to other assigned owners or to the Super Admin if no other assigned users exist. If the task is in progress, it will be restarted.
On the Onboarding setup, Workstream automatically informs employers via email and SMS when new hires complete their onboarding processes.
