Starting a chat with the Support Team

Easily establish a connection with Chat Support by following a few simple steps.

Should you have further concerns or need assistance from one of our Chat Support Teams, please follow the following steps:

STEP 1: At the bottom right corner of your Workstream page is a speech bubble, click on it to expand.

STEP 2: In the pop-up menu, click Send us a message.

Note: This menu will also provide you with helpful topics that you can click on. More detailed information will be available for you once you click on them.

STEP 3: Type in your concern and send it to initiate a conversation. A representative will respond to you shortly. The conversation will serve as your support ticket.

Note: To minimize the chat window, click the arrow down icon below it.
