Follow these steps to reset a password on your end:

STEP 1: Go to Company.

STEP 2: Go to Manage Users.

STEP 3: Look for the user whom you are resetting a password for.

STEP 4: Under Actions, select Reset password.

STEP 5: Click on Reset to send the user an email with the instructions on how to log back in.
