Note: If you are not a Super Admin or do not have the right permissions to allow you to 'Create and Manage Users' then please contact your Super Admin or you can reach out to support via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For users with the correct permissions, follow these steps to reset a password for other users of your account on your end:
STEP 1: Go to Company.
STEP 2: Go to Manage Users.
STEP 3: Look for the user whom you are resetting a password for.
STEP 4: Under Actions, select Reset password.
STEP 5: Click on Reset to send the user an email with the instructions on how to log back in.
Note: If the user does not receive a password reset email, please check your spam folder and if no email is received, please contact support via email at email@example.com.
