Increase exposure and get more applicants by sponsoring your job posting. To sponsor a job posting, follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Go to the Sourcing tab and click Sponsor a job posting.

STEP 2: Select the brand, location, and position you intend to sponsor then click Next.

STEP 3: Scroll down to Premium job boards and select the intended job site. Toggle to turn on or off in order to publish/unpublish a job posting from that job board.

Note:

Publish a job posting to all of Workstream's free job boards by following the steps below:

​STEP 1: Go to the Sourcing tab > under Free job boards, and click Publish now.

STEP 2: Select the brand, location, and position you intend to post then click Next.

STEP 3: Toggle ON to publish a job posting to that particular job board and click Done.

To generate a Text-to-apply code, go to Sourcing. Click Change below the Text-to-apply code to select the brand, location, and position you intend to share.

Take advantage of these templates to make posters, brochures, or flyers - another great way to let people know that your company is looking to hire more people.

1. There are four types of text-to-apply posters that you can use to customize your hiring posters and business cards.

A. Text-to-Apply poster for all brands - all positions - all locations - This is especially applicable to companies with multi-brands.

Click Create Poster or Business Card to open the pop-up menu. Check All brands, locations, and positions and click Select.

B. Text-to-Apply poster for all positions - all locations

Click Create poster or business card to open the pop-up menu. Check the brand, locations, and positions and click Select.

C. Text-to-Apply poster for all positions in a particular location

Click Create poster or business card to open the pop-up menu. Check the location and positions and click Select.

D. Text-to-Apply poster for a particular position in a particular location

Click Create poster or business card to open the pop-up menu. Check the specific position and click Select.

2. Choose your template. The same template will be applicable for both your Text-to-apply poster and business card.

Note: If you want to make your own poster, simply select Download QR code. The QR code will generate a .jpg file which you can copy and paste into your own poster.

3. Adjust your colors. Choose a primary brand color and secondary brand color.

4. Preview your text-to-apply poster and business card by clicking the arrow button on the preview image. Select Download poster and card.

Send out unique referral links via email or text and reward employees when their friends get hired. To start your referral program, follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Go to Sourcing > under Referrals, click Start your referral program.

STEP 2: Select the brand, location, and position you intend to share then click Next.

STEP 3: Create your message, enter the email address or mobile number and click Send message.

Share a link to your careers page or connect your Workstream application portal's URL to your website’s career page for a seamless job-posting experience by following the steps below:

STEP 1: Go to Sourcing > from the Careers page click Change.

STEP 2: Select the brand, location, and position you intend to share.

STEP 3: Copy the link and paste it to your career website.

Share a job post on different social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Messenger, Google, or Whatsapp.

Select the brand, location, and position you intend to share. Choose which social media want to share the job post and log in to continue.
