To easily chat with applicants or team members, use the chat window in the bottom-right corner of your Workstream dashboard. This chat window appears on every page in Workstream so you won’t miss any incoming communications.
Start a new chat by clicking on the ‘New message’ icon. You can search for an applicant’s or team member’s name by entering it into the search box. Alternatively, you can scroll through the applicant or team member list.
When you receive replies, a notification indicating the number of new messages will appear.
All message history will be stored for future reference
Once an applicant is hired, they will automatically appear under the Team Members tab
Users only see the applicants and team members in their assigned locations. For hiring, users must also have the “Applicant Management: Send texts and emails to applicants” permission
