For your Workstream Billing Concerns

If you need assistance with any of the following:

  • Updating credit card information

  • Updating payment information

  • Separation of payments

  • Require a copy of invoice statements

  • Double bill inquiries

  • Other related billing inquiries

For Cancellation Concerns, you can reach out to our Support Team via the Intercom icon at the bottom right of your dashboard and click on New conversation, or email help@workstream.is.

We will need the following information to process your cancellation:

  • Reason for cancelation

  • State whether the cancelation pertains to the whole account or only specific location(s).

    • If specific location(s) - specify the location name(s)
