When you tap and hold a message from a coworker or manager, you’ll see these options:
Add a quick reaction: love, like, thumbs-down, haha, or wow
Reply – Respond directly in the main chat
Thread reply – Start a side conversation (without spamming the main chat)
Mark as unread – Set the message as “unread” so you remember to come back to it
Copy message – Copy and paste the message elsewhere
Flag message – Report the message to your manager if it seems inappropriate (available in some chats)
Pin – Keep the message at the top of the chat (available in some chats)
Translate – View the message in your preferred language
