Workstream provides tools to create customized posters and business cards to promote open positions in high-traffic areas.
Your designs include both a QR code and a text-to-apply code, directing applicants to the job application instantly. Printed materials also serve as a passive yet effective way to keep hiring information visible in the community. Need a brochure or flyer? You can download the QR code on its own to add to your own design.
This is a great way to attract local talent, especially for businesses with physical locations that rely on in-person applicants.
Customize and download your hiring posters
Go to Hiring › Sourcing Tools. In the Hiring posters and business cards card, select Create poster or business card.
In the Customize your hiring poster window, select Change to choose what the poster covers. In the Select jobs that this poster will be used for popup, pick one company, brand, location, or position, then select Select.
Under Choose your templates, pick a Poster and a Business card design, and set your Primary color and Secondary color.
Just need the QR code? Download it here!: Select a File type (PNG, SVG, PDF, or EPS), then select Download. You can use this on your own business card, brochure, or flyer.
Under Download your custom designs, select Download. You get one poster and one business card as PNG and PDF files, delivered as a single ZIP file if there's more than one.
📌 If the QR code section is titled Customize your QR code, enter a Campaign name (up to 32 characters). It appears on your sourcing report.

Choose what your poster covers
Your posters and business cards say "Text [code] to [number] or scan to apply." The code and QR code point to whatever you choose in the Select jobs that this poster will be used for popup. You can pick one item at a time, and the picker only shows what you have access to. Drill down from company to brand to location to position:
All brands, positions, and locations: Select the company (top level). This applies to companies with multiple brands.
All positions and locations for one brand: Select the brand.
All positions in a particular location: Select the location.
A particular position in a particular location: Select the position under that location.
The window opens with the level you started from already selected. If your company has only one brand, the company level doesn't appear.
