Set up the referral program
In Team View, go to Hiring > Sourcing Tools.
In the Referrals section, select Start your referral program. The Start referral program window opens.
(Optional) To change the job posting, select Change.
Select the job opening you’d like to create a referral for.
Review and edit the Subject and Message as needed.
Under Send to, enter the email or phone number of the employee (Add recipients manually).
(Optional) To send the referral to multiple employees, select Bulk upload, then select Upload CSV. You can use Download template here to get the CSV template.
Select Send message.
