Set up the referral program
Go to team view > Sourcing Tools.
Select Referrals > Start your referral program.
(Optional) To change the job posting, select Change.
Select the job opening you’d like to create a referral for.
Review and edit the Subject and Message as needed.
Enter the email or phone number of the employee.
(Optional) To send the referral to multiple employees, select Bulk upload, then upload a CSV file.
Select Send message.
