The Onboarding Documents tab provides a centralized location for all your onboarding materials.
You can upload new documents, update existing ones, and even reuse the same documents for different onboarding processes.
š You need the "Add and configure company documents" permission to access this feature. If you don't have access, reach out to your Super Admin.

Upload onboarding documents
Here are two ways to upload onboarding documents.
Through the Onboarding Documents tab
Select Upload documents.
Select Click to Upload to add a file from your computer.
Give this document a name and check who signs it.
Select Prepare document, then set up the document for signing.
Through adding an onboarding module
Switch to admin view, then go to Onboarding Processes.
Select the Action menu next to the onboarding process, then Edit process.
Select ⨠Add module, scroll to Others, then check Sign Onboarding Documents.
Select Continue, then Upload document.
Make changes or download company documents
ā ļø Deleting a document from the "Onboarding documents" tab also deletes it from the "Documents" tab.
Switch to team view, then go to Onboarding documents.
Select the three-dot menu ā¢ā¢ā¢ next to the document.
Select Edit, Delete, or View and download.
