Admins can see when each user last visited Workstream. This helps spot inactive accounts and keep only active users in the system, making things more secure.

Hereâs how to see when a user last visited.
In Admin View, go to Access Control âș Users.
Check the Last visit column.
How Last visit works
Last visit shows when the user was last active in Workstream, not only when they signed in. It updates about every 10 minutes while they use the app.
Today's visits show the time, such as Today 2:15 PM. Earlier visits this year show the date, such as Mar 5, and older ones include the year, such as Mar 5, 2025. Hover over a time to see the full date and time.
Users who have never been active show Never logged in.
You can sort the list by Last visit. The All users, Active users, and Disabled users filter is based on account status, not on how recently someone visited.
đ Last visit only appears on the Users page. It isn't shown on a team member's profile or in the Team list.
