You'll learn how to access your notification settings, update your contact information, customize hiring and onboarding notifications, and manage team notifications to ensure you never miss important updates.
The notification settings page
Set up your notification settings
📌 These settings only affect the account of the user who is logged in and does not affect any other account.
Select your profile at the top-right corner.
Select Account Settings.
Go to Notifications settings.
Note: Review your email and phone number. If you need to update your information, select Edit Profile.
Set up Hiring notifications
Scroll down to the Hiring tab. Here you can set up notifications related to applications.
Receive notifications for specific job postings
By default, you’ll receive notifications for all job postings. Here’s how to set up notifications for specific job postings only.
📌 You need the ‘Customize notifications’ permission to do this. Reach out to your admin if you need access to this setting.
Customize notifications for hiring events
Find the hiring event you want to receive notifications for.
Select the Email or SMS switch to turn on/off the notifications for the event.
(Optional) If you want to receive the applicant’s profile in PDF form for email notifications, select the Include PDF? checkbox next to the event.
Set up Onboarding notifications
Go to the Onboarding tab. Here you can set up notifications related to your team’s onboarding process.
Find the onboarding event you want to receive notifications for.
Select the Email or SMS switch to turn on/off the notifications for the event.
Set up Team notifications
Go to the Team tab. Here you can set notifications about documents or team tasks that need your attention.
Find the team event you want to receive notifications for.
Select the Email or SMS switch to turn on/off the notifications for the event.
