To protect both employers and workers, any changes made to a timecard are saved in a version history. This is helpful in case there are questions or disputes about pay or hours worked.
?What gets tracked
Each time a manager or admin updates a timecard, the following is recorded:
Who made the change
What they changed (like clock-in/out time or breaks)
The original value and the new value
When the change was made
Here's how to check if a timecard has been edited:
Access Time clock
Go to Team View, then select Time and Scheduling.
You can also sign in directly to the Worker Hub.
Select Time Clock.
If you manage multiple locations, use the location dropdown menu to select the one you want to manage.
Select a worker's timesheet entry.
