Workstream makes it easy to see who has read your announcements. In the Workstream US app, you can view which team members have acknowledged an update and which ones haven’t yet.
If needed, you can follow up directly by sending a message from the Pending list, ensuring important updates never get overlooked.
Follow these steps to track who has seen it:
Open the Workstream US app.
Go to the Chat page. Your app layout may look different because your organization might have different features enabled. Follow the instructions that match what you see:
If your app uses a sidebar menu
Tap the ≡ menu icon in the upper-left corner.
Select Chat.
If your app has a bottom navigation bar
Tap the Chat icon (💬) at the bottom of the screen.
Go to the chat where you posted the announcement.
Find and tap the announcement you want to track.
Review the two tabs:
Acknowledged — Team members who have seen the announcement
Pending — Team members who haven’t seen it yet
(Optional) Tap the 💬 message icon beside a name to send a direct message (DM) and follow up.
