Resolve blocked team members when running payroll

If any team members are missing required details (like tax forms or banking info), you’ll see a Blocked employees window. They can’t be paid until this is fixed.

Fix the issue

  1. Select the team member’s name to open their profile.

  2. Complete the missing information.

  3. Return to the Blocked employees window and select Include.


Exclude them from payroll

  • If you can’t fix the issue in time, select Exclude from payroll to skip these team members for now.

  • You can also select Cancel if you need to stop the process entirely.
