Team members will be pre-filled based on your upload, including their payment methods, workplaces, rates, and amounts.
You can still edit add new earning items manually if needed.
You can still manually add contractors or employees.
💡 What to check when reviewing a payroll draft:
Ensure all team members are showing - If someone’s missing, quickly add them with the + Add employee button.
Verify hours are correct - Adjust any high or 0 hrs in the spreadsheet or fix mapping if needed.
Confirm earning types are accurate - Regular hours should be under Hourly or Regular Pay. Update any mismatched or blank entries.
Review amounts - Totals are hours × rate; correct the rate if something looks off.
Check time off hours - Make sure PTO/Sick leave is included by assigning the right policy.
Confirm payment methods - Match direct deposit, check, or cash to the team member’s setup.
Validate total cash requirement - Compare against usual payroll and adjust if it looks unusual.
