The Workstream and JobTarget integration makes it easy to promote job postings across multiple job boards from one place. By connecting your JobTarget account, you can post and manage jobs directly in Workstream — no need to switch platforms.
This boosts visibility and streamlines sourcing by giving you access to both free and premium boards. Managing everything in one dashboard saves time, improves efficiency, and gives you more control over where your jobs appear.
📌 Only super admins can add integrations. If you need access to this setting, reach out to your admin.
The JobTarget integration page is accessible in admin view, under Integrations.
Connect with JobTarget
Switch to admin view, then go to Integrations.
Select JobTarget.
Select Enable JobTarget sponsored posting.
Add a billing contact person for your account. You’re now ready to post and sponsor jobs via JobTarget.
Post jobs through JobTarget
Workstream doesn’t directly bill job postings that are published on job boards powered by JobTarget.
Switch to team view, then go to Sourcing Tools.
Select Sponsor a job posting.
Select the brand, position, and location you want to sponsor, then select Next.
In the search bar, type "JobTarget" to look for specific job boards. Once you find the boards you need, you can post your job through them using JobTarget.
Turn on your preferred job boards powered by JobTarget, then set up your sponsorship campaign.
Select Done.
