JobTarget is a job advertising platform that lets you post jobs to hundreds of external job boards, like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter, from one place. Workstream integrates with JobTarget so you can create a job in Workstream and have it shared automatically to the boards you select.
Some job boards in Workstream are powered by JobTarget. This means posting and connecting to those boards is handled through your linked JobTarget account.

📌 Workstream doesn't bill for sponsored postings on boards powered by JobTarget.
The JobTarget integration page is accessible in Admin View, under Company Settings › Integrations.
Connect with JobTarget
📌 Access needed: You need the Create and edit integrations permission to add integrations. If you need access to this setting, reach out to your Super Admin.
Switch to Admin View, then go to Company Settings › Integrations.
Select JobTarget.
Turn on the switch to enable JobTarget sponsored posting.
In the Billing Contact row, select Choose and pick the person on your team who is the billing contact for your account. (Once a contact is set, the button changes to Replace.)
You’re now ready to post and sponsor jobs via JobTarget.
Post jobs through JobTarget
📌 Access needed: You need the Access sponsored job boards permission, plus permission to publish positions, to sponsor jobs to job boards. If you don’t have these permissions, contact your Super Admin.
Switch to Team View, then go to Hiring › Sourcing Tools.
Select Sponsor a job posting.
Select the brand, position, and location you want to sponsor, then select Next. (If your posting supports Spanish, you may also be asked to select a language.)
In the search bar, type "JobTarget" to look for specific job boards. Once you find the boards you need, you can post your job through them using JobTarget.
Turn on your preferred job boards powered by JobTarget, then set up your sponsorship campaign.
Select Done.
