With Workstream's Indeed integration, you can boost visibility and manage job postings easily. Sponsored jobs get premium placement in Indeed's search results, which can help more qualified applicants find and apply. You set your budget, control costs, and track performance in your Indeed dashboard.
Indeed handles all billing directly, so Workstream doesn't control sponsorship pricing or how it works.

💡 Jobs you publish through Workstream are sent to Indeed's free job listings. Sponsoring is optional and can help your jobs get more visibility.
Connect Workstream with Indeed
📌 Only Super Admins can add integrations. Connecting a job board needs the Create and edit integrations permission, which only Super Admins can have. If you need access to this setting, reach out to your Super Admin.
In Admin View, go to Company Settings › Integrations › Job Boards, then select Indeed.
Select Connect account. In the Connect account window, enter your email address, then select Set up Indeed Employer Account.
You're taken to Indeed. Sign in to an existing account, or create a new one.
Back in Workstream, an Add locations window opens if the account has no locations yet. Otherwise, select the Add locations link in the Locations column. Link the Workstream locations you want to use with the Indeed account.
Manage your Indeed account
In Admin View, go to Company Settings › Integrations › Job Boards, then select Indeed.
Select the three-dot menu ••• next to the account. You can choose:
Edit locations
Reconnect (only if the connection has expired)
Disconnect account (only if the connection hasn't expired and you're the person who connected it)
Go to Indeed Account Settings, Go to Indeed User Settings, Go to Indeed Analytics, or Go to Indeed Support
Sponsor jobs on Indeed
📌 To sponsor jobs, you need the Access sponsored job boards and Publish and unpublish job postings permissions. The job posting must be published to turn sponsorship on or off.
In team view, go to Sourcing Tools, then select Sponsor a job posting in the Sponsored job boards card.
Select the location and position you want to sponsor, then select Next. If the posting is available in both English and Spanish, choose a language, then select Next.
In the job board list (use Search job boards if needed), turn on the switch for Indeed.
In Select Indeed account, choose the Indeed account you want to use, then select Next.
Set the campaign schedule and budget under Publish to Indeed Sponsorship, then select Sponsor on indeed. If Indeed provides a prediction, review the campaign performance in the Performance Estimator window, then select Confirm.
Stop an Indeed sponsored job
In team view, go to Sourcing Tools, then select Sponsor a job posting.
Select the brand, location, and position you want to stop sponsoring.
Select Next, then turn off the switch for Indeed.
Confirm in the window that appears. This ends your sponsorship budget, and your job listing will only receive organic visibility.
You don't need to unpublish your job posting to stop sponsorship.
