With Workstream’s Indeed integration, you can boost visibility and manage job postings easily. Sponsored jobs on Indeed can get up to five times more clicks, helping more qualified applicants find and apply. You set your budget, control costs, and track performance in your Indeed dashboard.
Indeed handles all billing directly, so Workstream doesn’t control sponsorship pricing or how it works. Sponsorship helps boost visibility for your job postings, but any charges come from Indeed.
Got more questions about Workstream’s Indeed integration? Visit our Indeed FAQs article for quick answers to common ones.
⚠️ As of October 1st, 2024, jobs posted directly on Indeed will need sponsorship to appear in search results however, jobs posted through Workstream will still show up without sponsorship.
For better visibility and easier tracking, we recommend posting all jobs through Workstream—sponsored or not.
For questions about billing or sponsorship details, check your campaign dashboard or reach out to Indeed support.
The Workstream-Indeed integration page is visible in admin view, under Integrations

Stop an Indeed sponsored job
Unpublishing a job posting doesn't cancel a sponsorship. You need to turn off the sponsorship first then unpublish the job.
📌 If you stop the sponsorship before spending your entire budget, you'll only be charged for what you've already used. Any budget that wasn't used will be saved for later.
In team view, go to Sourcing Tools, then select Sponsor a job posting.
Select the brand, location, and position you want to stop sponsoring.
Select Next. Select the switch next to the Indeed sponsorship.
Save it, then unpublish your job posting.
