Use predefined tags in automated hiring messages

Add the predefined merge tags to the automated messages in any hiring stage.

📌 You need the ‘Create and edit hiring process templates’ permission to do this. If you don’t have access to this setting, reach out to your admin.

  1. Switch to admin view, then go to Hiring Processes.

  2. Select the hiring process you want to edit.

  3. Select the hiring stage, then go to Automation.

  4. Select Edit message.

  5. In the message box, pick the spot where you want to add a predefined merge tag.
