Predefined merge tags act as placeholders to help personalize messages easily. Instead of manually typing each brand name, you can use the {{brand_name}} tag in your template.
When you send the message, Workstream automatically fills in the correct brand name.
Go through the articles below to guide you on how to use merge tags in your templates for more personalized email and text communication with applicants.
Merge tags are located at the bottom of the message template window. Simply select the spot in your template where you want to insert a merge tag.

Use cases: - When the signer receives the document, they will see a customizable open-ended field where they can manually enter information. - You can use these fields to collect data not automatically available, such as the candidate’s full address, special notes, or the supervisor’s name. - You can label these text fields in your document to guide what information the signer should provide. |
