Manage multiple accounts

With Workstream, you can use one email to access and manage all of your accounts.

If your email is linked to multiple accounts, you can easily switch between them using a single login. You'll also have the flexibility to choose which account you want to access each time you sign in.


We'll show you how to switch between different companies linked to your Workstream account.

⚠️ If you are a District Manager, General Manager, or Assistant Manager, confirm with your Super Admin that you have access to all accounts associated with your company. They can help ensure you’re set up properly for each location or branch.

Logging into multiple accounts

📌 If you go straight to your Dashboard after signing in, you may not have access to all the company accounts. Please check with your Super Admin to see if you need to be added to other accounts. You can also contact our Support Team.

  1. Sign in using your email and password.

  2. After you sign in, you’ll see a page where you can choose which company to log into.


Switching between accounts

Here’s how to switch between accounts while you are signed in.

  1. Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select Switch account.

  3. Choose the account you want to switch to.

If you don’t see the account you want to switch to, make sure that you’re using the email linked to that account.
