Use filters on the Team tab

Use tax entity filters and the My team only toggle to manage the right group of team members and ensure actions apply correctly.

Workstream lets you manage multiple tax entities with ease. Use the dropdown in the Team tab to switch views or apply actions to the right entity.

The My team only toggle filters your list to show just your direct and indirect reports. It works across all tabs and includes a role-based dropdown for switching management roles.


Switching tax entities

If you manage multiple tax entities, you’ll see a dropdown menu at the upper-left corner of the Team tab. From here, you can choose to view all team members across entities, or filter by a specific one.

⚠️ Any actions you take (like assigning documents or offboarding someone) will apply to the selected tax entity. Always double-check you’re working in the right one.

Switching tax entities


My team only view

The My team only toggle filters the list to show just the team members you manage, including both direct and indirect reports.

📌 You’ll only see this toggle when viewing a single tax entity (not “All tax entities”). It’s available across all tabs: Active, Onboarding, and Offboarded.

When turned on:

  • The label changes to My team in the top section.

  • The team list automatically filters down to just your assigned direct/indirect reports.

  • A role-based dropdown menu appears so you can switch between your management roles.
