You now have more control over which team members are visible to users. This is helpful for managing visibility across different locations and departments.
By setting up this permission, team members outside a user's location and department will be hidden from their view.
π Access needed: Super Admins will always have full access. All other users will have Limited Visibility by default.

Switch to admin view, then go to Users.
Select the three-dot menu next to the user, then Edit.
Go to the Permissions tab, then scroll down to Team management.
Find the View worker information for all locations (basic details only for unassigned locations and departments) permission:
Limited Visibility (Permission Unchecked): Team members outside a user's location and department will be hidden from the Team tab
Full Visibility (Permission Checked): Enable the permission for users to see all team members, including those from other locations and departments. For unassigned locations and departments, users will only see basic details (like name, date of birth, contact details)
