Here's how to start a one-on-one chat with any team member:
Open the Workstream US app.
Go to the Chat page. Your app layout may look different because your organization might have different features enabled. Follow the instructions that match what you see:
If your app uses a sidebar menu
Tap the ≡ menu icon in the upper-left corner.
Select Chat.
If your app has a bottom navigation bar
Tap the Chat icon (💬) at the bottom of the screen.
Select the 👥 team icon, then search for the team member.
Tap their name, and start a one-on-one chat.
