You can create your own group chat:
Open the Workstream US app.
Go to the Chat page. Your app layout may look different because your organization might have different features enabled. Follow the instructions that match what you see:
If your app uses a sidebar menu
Tap the ≡ menu icon in the upper-left corner.
Tap Chat.
If your app has a bottom navigation bar
Tap the Chat icon (💬) at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the 👥 team icon, then New Group.
Select the team members you want to include.
Tap Create.
