Chat one-on-one with a team member in Workstream Chat.

Here's how to start a one-on-one chat with any team member:

  1. Open the Workstream US app.

  2. Tap the Chat tab in the bottom tab bar. (On the web, select Chat in the left menu.)

  3. Tap the circle with a plus icon in the header of the chat list. It opens the New chat screen. (You'll only see this icon if you're allowed to create chats.)

  4. Search for the team member, then tap their name to start a one-on-one chat.
