Select Switch brand, then choose the brand you want to view.
Prioritize reminders and tasks
Pinning lets you keep important tasks at the top of the Priorities section so they don’t get lost. Pinned tasks stay there until you unpin them or complete the item.
How pinned tasks look
Pinned tasks appear at the top of the Priorities list.
Tasks may show labels such as “Pinned by admin and cannot be unpinned.”
If a task is completed, it disappears automatically until triggered again.
Who can pin tasks
Admins can pin reminders, but only for users who qualify for that reminder. A user qualifies if they have access to the feature that triggers it.
Managers and team members can see pinned tasks but cannot unpin those set by admins.
How to pin tasks
Go to the Hiring or Onboarding section on your homepage.
Find the task you want to pin.
