Workstream offers tools to help businesses manage and track their Careers page, making job postings more accessible and measurable.
Link your Workstream page to your Careers site by retrieving a custom URL from Sourcing Tools and selecting job postings. Use an XML URL to keep listings updated, and enable conversion tracking with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Appcast to monitor applicant interactions.

Link your Workstream page to your careers site
In Team View , go to Hiring › Sourcing Tools.
In Sourcing Tools , look for the Careers page card.
Click Change if you wish to customize which location/job postings you wish to link to. A pop-up should appear with the Job openings you would like to share.
In this pop-up, you can choose which location/job postings you wish to get the link to. Otherwise, you can choose all brands, locations, and job postings.
Once done with your selections, click Select to close the pop-up. Otherwise, click Cancel or the X in the upper right side to also close the pop-up.
Back in the Careers page card , copy the link within the field.
Tip: You can also click the Copy Link anchor button. It should say “Copied!” once clicked.At this point, you can either copy the link to a new tab/window in your browser or anchor this link to your Careers site.
Send my job postings to my careers site
Workstream allows you to connect your Careers site with your company’s website by sending all job postings directly to your site.
By integrating job listings, you can maintain brand consistency while showcasing your company’s history, culture, and career opportunities in one place.
Workstream provides an XML URL that enables seamless integration, ensuring your job postings remain up to date.
This setup offers flexibility and control over your Careers page design , helping create an engaging experience for potential applicants.

Enable conversion tracking for your career pages using Google Analytics or Appcast
⚠️ Before proceeding, you must whitelist the following URL in your web analytics account: https://jobs.workstream.us. This step is critical for the feature to work properly.
In Admin View, go to Company Settings › Integrations.
Choose Conversion Tracking.
Note: As mentioned in the page, please check if you have whitelisted the URL stated above before proceeding.
Choose your Web Analytics tool then click ⨁ Add to set up your Trackers. A pop-up should appear.
Add a tracker name.
Choose your brand.
(For Google Only) Choose your platform.
Add your tracking ID or URL.
Once done, click Add. Otherwise, click Cancel.
Note: After adding the conversion tracker, it will immediately be on your career page.
This will close the pop-up then your list should update with the tracker(s) you’ve added. This will allow you to track:
The main career page
Individual position page
Apply for a position page
Confirmation / thank you page
