Hiring Processes in Workstream offer two key functionalities: Stage Types and Automations.

  • Stage Types: A series of steps that your applicants will go through if you assign a particular Hiring process template to a job posting. Each stage serves a unique function, such as collecting applications, scheduling interviews, or running background checks. You can customize, add, or modify stages to create a streamlined workflow tailored to your hiring needs.

  • Automations: Set up automated actions within each stage to streamline tasks, ensuring a smooth transition through the hiring process, such as marking applicants as hired.
