With Workstream, you can prevent previously rejected applicants from applying to a specific job or all jobs.
Specify the waiting period in days before an applicant is eligible to reapply
Choose whether you want to apply reapplication limits to a specific job or across your entire company
Personalize a reapplication notification message for candidates
Set up your reapplication limits in the Reapplication tab in admin view.
Limit reapplication for rejected applicants
Switch to admin view, then go to Reapplications.
Turn on Enable reapplication limits for my company.
Enter the number of days a candidate has to wait.
Select a reapplication limit: Job-specific or Company-wide.
(Optional) Compose a notification message for applicants.
There is predefined logic in the message that automatically adds details to the message:%{scope}: Reapplication limit (Job-specific or Company-wide)%{date}: Reapplication waiting time
Select Save.
