Set up onboarding permissions for your hiring manager

Set onboarding permissions in Admin View by editing the user, enabling Manage onboarding, and saving your changes.

You can give hiring managers access to onboarding tasks by updating their permissions in Admin View. Here's how to do it

  1. In Admin View, go to Access ControlUsers.

  2. Select the three-dot menu ••• next to the name of the hiring manager.

  3. Select Edit user.

  4. Switch to the Permissions tab.

  5. Scroll to the Team management section and check Manage onboarding.

    Note: This will automatically select all options under this checkbox. You can adjust the access based on what you want the hiring manager to do in Onboarding.

  6. Once done, Click on Save.
