Workstream makes it easy to manage time off requests directly from your scheduling calendar. Once time off policies are set up and assigned, team members can submit requests through the system.
These requests appear on your shift calendar, where you can quickly review details and approve or reject them. This ensures time-off decisions are tracked and reflected in your schedules without extra steps.
π To let your team request time off in Workstream, you need to set up PTO policies and assign them to your employees first.
To approve or reject PTO requests from your team, follow these steps:
Access Time and Scheduling settings
Go to Team View, then select Time and Scheduling.
You can also sign in directly to the Worker Hub.
Select Shift Scheduling.
If you manage multiple locations, use the location dropdown menu to select the one you want to manage.

Approving or rejecting PTO requests
Any PTO requests submitted by your team will appear on your shift calendar. Simply select the request, review the details, and approve or reject it accordingly.
