Assigning benefits permissions ensures only authorized users can access and manage sensitive information.

In Workstream, admins can grant Benefits Admin access by selecting specific tax entities or enabling management across all entities. This setup keeps benefits administration secure and organized.

  1. Set up permissions for Benefits Admin:

    1. Go to the Tax entity permissions tab.

    2. Check the Benefits administration permission.

    3. Enable Access to manage all Tax Entities, or select the specific tax entities you want to grant access to.

    4. Save the changes to apply the permissions to this user.
