Check payroll status and past runs

After you’ve run payroll, Workstream gives you tools to track progress, review details, and keep accurate records. Use this hub to check payroll status, download reports, and troubleshoot issues when something doesn’t look right.

Workstream organizes payroll runs into three tabs:

  • Upcoming - Prepare payrolls before payday

  • Drafts - Review, edit, or delete runs in progress

  • Submitted - Track completed payrolls, payments, reports, taxes, and deductions
