The Quiz stage is an optional step you can place anywhere in your hiring process. It helps you objectively check job-related knowledge before investing time in interviews.
It's designed to:
Assess role knowledge or skills with multiple-choice questions.
Standardize evaluation so every applicant is judged on the same criteria.
Automate next steps (advance, remind, reject, or allow a reattempt) based on the score.
