Set up the Review stage

Learn how to set up and automate the Review stage in Workstream to evaluate applicants before moving them to the next step in your hiring process.

Updated over a month ago

The Review stage gives you a space to evaluate applicants before deciding whether to move them forward.

It acts as a short-term holding stage where you can manually review applications, leave notes, and collaborate with your team.

This helps you stay organized, maintain a smooth hiring flow, and make more informed decisions about which applicants should move to the next stage.

📌 Applicants in this stage may be archived automatically depending on your automation settings. To learn more, see the Archived Applicants article.
