Edit or delete hiring stages

Edit your hiring stages, or delete ones you no longer need, including how to handle stages that still have applicants.

  1. In the Stages tab, feel free to edit any of the Stages' details if you need to perform some edits.

  2. For deleting Stages, please take note that the Applicant form stage cannot be deleted

⚠️ If a hiring stage you're trying to delete has applicants, a pop-up will appear prompting you to move the applicants to another stage before being able to delete. Rejected Applicants will be moved as well.
