The Long-Term Holding stage lets you store applicants for an extended period so you can revisit them later.
Unlike the Review stage, which is meant for short-term evaluation, this stage is for applicants who aren’t an immediate fit but may be considered for future roles.
Use this stage to maintain an organized pool of potential candidates and easily review them as your hiring needs change.
