Managers and admins can now create, edit, publish, and view employee schedules directly on the HR Site, in addition to the existing Hub (mobile) experience.
Below is an overview of what's changed and how to use it.
What's new
✔️ Build and manage schedules from the HR Site
✔️ Build and manage schedules from the HR Site
Go to Time Management → Shift Schedule on the HR Site to create, edit, publish, and view employee schedules from your desktop.
Scheduling now lives alongside the rest of your HR tasks — Team, Payroll, Timesheets, and Time Off — so you don't need to jump between the Hub and HR Site to manage your workforce.
✔️ Same scheduling experience, now on two surfaces
✔️ Same scheduling experience, now on two surfaces
This is a parity update — it brings the same scheduling capabilities you already use in the Hub app to the HR Site (web). The Hub experience itself is unchanged.
Schedules created or edited on either surface stay in sync, since both use the same scheduling backend. Build schedules on whichever surface fits your workflow.
This is now generally available to all customers with HR Site access and scheduling enabled — there's no phased rollout or beta gate.
