How to update your profile info in the WorkerHub mobile app

Learn how to view and update your own personal, contact, and emergency contact information right from the WorkerHub mobile app on your phone.

Before you start:

  • This guide covers the mobile app (iOS/Android) only — this self-serve profile hub is not available on the desktop/web version of WorkerHub.

  • You need an active employee account connected to your employer's Workstream company. If your account doesn't have an active employee record yet (for example, you're still mid-onboarding), the My Info entry point may not appear.

  • Your employer controls whether this feature is turned on for your company. If you don't see My Info anywhere in the app, check with your manager or HR admin.

Steps:

  1. Open the WorkerHub app and go to the My Info tab (it may appear in your bottom navigation bar, or under More if your bottom bar is customized).

  2. On the My Info screen, you'll see your photo, name, and an overview of your role, along with your contact details and a list of sections you can open: Basic information, Payment method, Job and pay, Tax withholdings, Pay statements, and Documents.

  3. To update your profile photo, select your photo at the top of the screen, then choose a photo from your device's gallery.

  4. Select Basic information to see your personal details. This screen is read-only — it shows your name, preferred name, phone, email, date of birth, SSN (masked, with a toggle to reveal it), gender, ethnicity, marital status, your home address, and your emergency contact.

  5. To make changes, select the pencil icon on the section you want to edit: Basic information, Address, or Emergency Contact. Each opens its own edit screen.

  6. On the Basic information edit screen, you can update your first, middle, and last name, preferred name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, ethnicity, and marital status. Your Social Security number is shown for reference but cannot be edited here.

  7. On the Address edit screen, you can update your street address, city, state, zip code, and country.

  8. On the Emergency Contact edit screen, you can update the contact's name, relationship, phone, and email, and set whether you consent to this contact being notified if you're arrested or detained while at work.

  9. After making your changes, select Save.

  • If you didn't change your legal name or date of birth, you'll see a Continue Saving? confirmation telling you the change applies only to your current tax entity — select Save to confirm.

  • If you did change your legal name or date of birth, you'll instead see a Confirm your info screen warning that updating this information may require you to re-sign onboarding documents like tax forms and your I-9 — review the name and date of birth shown and select Save and continue to confirm, or Back to editing to make further changes.

10. Once saved, you'll be returned to the Basic information screen with your updated details.

📌 Some fields, like your middle name or preferred name, can't be cleared out entirely once they have a value saved — if you need a field removed completely, contact your manager.

💡 A phone number you enter is checked for a valid format before it can be saved.

💡 Job and pay and Documents are view-only from this hub — you can review your employment details, job assignments, and download your documents, but changes to those areas are made by your employer.

💡 If your company works with more than one tax entity (EIN), use the switcher in the top corner of My Info to view the information tied to each one — your Basic information, address, and emergency contact details can differ slightly per entity.
