Create a new evaluation plan

Create a reusable evaluation plan by naming it, choosing a scoring method, setting interview criteria, and linking it to position templates.

Updated over 4 months ago

This article guides you through creating a reusable evaluation plan in Admin View.

You’ll define the plan’s name, scoring method (e.g., star rating, thumbs up/down), and set interview criteria with score types.

Plans can be customized with descriptions, optional required questions, and then linked to position templates for consistent evaluation across roles.

πŸ“Œ You’ll only need to do this once per plan. After it’s set up, you can reuse it across multiple positions or locations.

Name your plan and choose a scoring method

  1. Go to Admin View , then Hiring.

  2. Select Evaluation Plan , then Create plan.

  3. Set the plan details:

    1. Name: Use a clear, specific name.

    2. Description: The description helps your team know what this plan is for and what to look out for during interviews.

    3. Overall score: Choose how your team should give an overall rating for each applicant. This score helps you compare candidates after all feedback is in. Managers can also add comments to explain their rating.

      • ⭐ 5-star scale (best if your team wants more scoring flexibility)

      • ❌ 😐 βœ… Negative, neutral, positive (works well for quick interviews or trial shifts)

      • πŸ‘ πŸ‘Ž Thumbs up, thumbs down (the simplest option)

  4. Select Next.
