Update evaluation plans

Edit or delete evaluation plans by updating fields, reordering or removing criteria, and ensuring unused plans aren’t linked to templates.

After setting up your evaluation plans, you may need to make changes later. Learn how to manage existing evaluation plans.

You can edit scoring methods, reorder or remove criteria, and add new ones.

If a plan is no longer needed and isn’t linked to any templates, you can delete it directly from the Evaluation Plan tab in Admin View.


Edit an evaluation plan

  1. Go to Admin View , then Hiring.

  2. Select Evaluation Plan , then select the name of the plan you want to edit.

  3. Select Edit in the upper-right corner.

  4. Make the desired changes:

    1. Edit any field as needed

    2. Reorder criteria. Drag the ⋮⋮ icon next to a criterion

    3. Delete a criterion. Select the 🗑️ icon.

    4. Select ⊕ Add criterion to add more.

  5. When you're done, select Save.


Delete plans you no longer use

⚠️ You can delete old plans, but make sure they’re not assigned to any position templates. If a plan is in use, you’ll need to replace it with a different one before you can delete it.

  1. Go to Admin View , then Hiring.

  2. Select Evaluation Plan , then find the plan you want to delete.

  3. Select the three-dot menu ••• next to it, then Delete plan.
