Manage single and multiple job postings

Manage job postings individually or in bulk to keep them organized and updated.

Updated over 3 months ago

The Job Postings page in Team View lets you create, edit, duplicate, and delete job postings all in one place. For individual postings, you can update job details, view applicants, access sourcing tools, export applicant data, or delete the posting (note: deleting also archives its applicants).

You can also manage multiple postings at once using bulk actions. Select the jobs you want to update, then choose to edit, duplicate, or change their status (Publish, Unpublish, or Link only). If you’re duplicating across locations, Workstream will alert you if the job already exists there.

💡 Keep in mind that changes to job postings may take 24–48 hours to appear on external job boards like Indeed. Refresh the page if updates don’t show immediately.

Update, duplicate, or delete a job posting.

Make changes to a single job posting

  1. In Team View, go to HIRING, then Job Postings.

  2. Select the three-dot menu ••• next to the job posting you want to manage.

  3. Here you can do the following:

    1. Edit job posting

      • Edit the details of the job posting.

Note: Keep in mind that if the posting is published to external job boards like Indeed, it may take 24-48 hours for your changes to appear there.

    2. View sourcing tools

      • Use the Sourcing Tools page to attract more applicants to your job posting.

    3. Link to job posting

      • Access the job posting's page on your career site.

    4. View applicants

      • Visit the job posting's applicant page to gain a comprehensive overview of the candidates who have applied for the position.

    5. Duplicate job posting

      • Add the same job posting to another location by selecting the desired location, then Clone. If the job posting already exists in that location, you’ll see a notification letting you know it won’t be duplicated.

      • After cloning, the job posting will appear in the list. If it doesn’t show up immediately, simply refresh the page.

    6. Export applicants

      • Export applicant details from Workstream in formats like Excel, CSV, or JSON.

    7. Deleting job posting

      • Remove a job posting from your list.

Important: Once deleted, a job posting can't be recovered. Deleting it will also archive all applicants for that job. Make sure you really want to delete it before confirming.
