Spanish hiring lets applicants view your careers site, applications, and interview confirmations in Spanish. Enabling it helps you reach more candidates and makes the application process easier for Spanish-speaking applicants.
When enabled:
Applicants will have the option to view the Careers page in Spanish
Applicants will have the option to view the application in Spanish
Applicants will have the option to schedule their interview in Spanish
Applicants will get confirmation about their scheduled interview in Spanish
Example of a career page in Spanish after enabling Spanish hiring at the brand level. Applicants can use the language toggle in the top-right corner to switch between English and Spanish.
To enable Spanish hiring per brand:
In Admin View, go to Home.
Select the brand you want to recruit in Spanish by selecting Manage this brand.
Turn on Spanish hiring.
Select Save at the upper-right corner.
