Enable Spanish recruiting in position templates

Enable Spanish recruiting in position templates to make a Spanish version of your job postings available.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

You can make your job postings available in Spanish by turning on Spanish recruiting in your position templates.

When you enable this in a template, it doesn’t automatically apply to every job posting that uses that template. Instead, it makes the Spanish recruiting option available for each job posting. You can then choose to turn it on or off for specific locations when creating or editing a job posting.

📌 Spanish recruiting must first be enabled in your brand details before applicants can view the full application and career site in Spanish.

To enable Spanish recruiting:

  1. In Admin View, go to Position Templates.

  2. Open or create a position template.

  3. On the Position Details page, turn on Spanish recruiting under Which department is this job in?

❔What's next?

By default, Spanish recruiting is turned off, and you can choose to enable it per location when creating or editing a job posting.
