In the team view, go to Scheduling.
In the upper-right corner of the calendar, select the gear ⚙️ icon to open the Scheduling Settings page.
In the Scheduling Settings page, you can manage when and how applicants can schedule time with you through Workstream:
Settings
Time Zone
What it does: Automatically detects and applies your local time zone for calendar events. Keep the toggle on to let Workstream detect your time zone automatically.
To set this up manually:
Toggle off the Detect time zone automatically option.
Use the dropdown menu to select your preferred time zone.
Available Date Range
What it does: Sets how many days into the future applicants can see and schedule meetings.
Set this up: Enter the number of days. Applicants will only see open time slots within this range.
Minimum Scheduling Notice
What it does: Blocks applicants from booking meetings that start too soon.
Set this up: Enter how many hours of notice you need. For example, if you enter 4, applicants won't be able to book anything starting within the next 4 hours

After any updates are made in the settings, the page should automatically save the changes.
