The Applicants page makes it easy to see who you’ve already looked at and who’s new. A blue dot marks unreviewed applicants, and a match score shows how well each resume fits the job. This way, you can spend less time sorting and more time with the right people.
Spot applicants you haven’t reviewed
The blue dot 🔵 helps you quickly find new applicants and avoid reviewing the same person twice. It saves time, keeps you focused on fresh applicants, and helps you manage large volumes more efficiently.
You’ll see the blue dot next to an applicant’s name if you haven’t viewed their profile yet. It appears in the Applications, Interviews, and Offers and hires tabs, including applicants added manually or converted from the Talent Network.
The dot disappears once you or another team member open the profile or take action, like sending a message, scheduling an interview, or moving them to another stage.
📌 If someone else on your team already views the applicant, the dot disappears from your view too.

Understand how match scores work
Each applicant has a match score shown as a percentage (e.g., 90%) in the ✨ Match % column on the Applicants page.
The score shows how closely their resume matches your job description. It's calculated based on:
Job requirements of the role
Applicant’s past roles and industries
Alignment between the applicant’s experience and the job
⚠️ If the resume is vague or missing details, the score might not reflect the applicant’s true potential. The model is reviewed regularly to reduce bias.
Read and interpret match scores
Go to the Applicants page.
Find the ✨ Match % column. You’ll see:
🟢 Green score – Indicates a strong match based on the information available in the resume.
⚪️ Gray score – Indicates a partial or lower match; some information aligns while other parts may be unclear or missing.
🚫 No score (faded or blank) – Insufficient data to generate a match score (e.g., incomplete resume or unclear job description).
Hover over the match score to view their match details.
❔Match scores are based only on resume content. They don’t consider soft skills, certifications, or interview performance. Always review the full application before making a decision.
