Use the Workstream US App (Worker Hub)

The Workstream US app helps you handle work tasks straight from your phone. No need to go through HR.

You can clock in and out, take breaks, check your schedule, view your pay stubs and tax forms, request time off, and update your info anytime.

Once you're set up, everything you need for work is in one place.

📌 What you see in the app depends on what your workplace uses.

For example, if your workplace doesn't use Time and Scheduling, you won’t be able to clock in or request time off.

If you're both a manager and a team member, you’ll see tools for both roles as long as your workplace has those features turned on.

Set up and explore the Workstream US app

Set up your Workstream account

Once you're hired, you'll get a text or email with a link to join your team in the Workstream US app.

To create your account:

  1. Tap Get Started (or Create your account, depending on what you see).

  2. Enter your email address.

    We use email only, phone numbers aren’t supported.

  3. Set up a password and verify it using the code sent to your email.

  4. Enter your first and last name to finish creating your account.

Download and install the Workstream US app

  1. Get the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

  2. Once installed, allow the app permissions so it can:

    • Send reminders to clock in, take breaks, and return on time

    • Track your location for accurate timekeeping

    • Let you download your paystubs and tax forms

  3. Sign in to the app and complete your payroll setup to get started.

FAQs: Workstream US App

Q: How do I manage my benefits in the app?

A: To manage your benefits, open the app and go to the "Benefits" section. Here, you can enroll in a plan or make changes if you're experiencing a qualifying life event (QLE), like marriage, or a birth of a child.

Q: Can I access my tax forms after leaving the company?

A: Yes, even if you leave the company, you can still access and download your pay stubs and tax forms. However, you will not be able to update any other information after leaving.

Q: Why can’t I use my phone number to log in anymore?

A: We’ve removed phone number logins to better protect your info, like your pay history. You’ll now need to log in with your email. Not sure what email you used? Tap “Forgot email” on the login screen for help.

Q: What happens if I entered the wrong bank account details?

A: If the bank account info you entered is incorrect or closed, your payment may fail. This means your employer won’t be able to deposit your pay.

What you should do:

  • Double-check that your account and routing numbers are correct when setting up direct deposit.

  • If you’re not sure, we recommend connecting your bank using Plaid if it’s available. It’s a faster and more reliable way to link your account.

  • If your payment fails, your employer may contact you to update your bank details or arrange another way to get your pay (like a paper check or cash).

  • Always keep your bank info up to date to avoid payment delays.

Q: How will I receive my W-2?

A: If you opted in for a paperless W-2, you'll receive it by email and can also view and download it in the app. If you didn’t opt in, a physical copy of your W-2 will be mailed to your home address on file.
